The texts, the booth drawings and the icons on videollamadas-hot.com were made for this site. If you think something here still borrows your work without a license, leave us word and we will look into it.
Calls on the provider’s site
Video on the site behind the Start button is streamed by that provider and never touches our servers, so we have no way to remove anything there. Send notices about chat content to that provider; notices about our own pages come here.
Pieces of a complete notice
- A description of the copyrighted work you are concerned about.
- The exact address on videollamadas-hot.com where the disputed material sits.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A plain statement, made in good faith, that you never licensed this use and that no agent of yours or rule of law permits it.
- Confirmation under penalty of perjury that every detail you give is true and that the right belongs to you or to the person you act for.
- Your physical or electronic signature; typing your full name counts.
Where to send it
Use the contact form and choose “Copyright” as the reason for your message. Complete notices are usually handled within a week; material that turns out to infringe is removed or rewritten.
If your material was removed by mistake
You may reply by filing a counter-notice via that very form. Say what was taken down and where it appeared, give your contact details, declare under penalty of perjury your good faith belief that the material was taken down by mistake or confused with something else, agree that the federal district court where you reside has jurisdiction, and sign it.
Please report honestly
A person who knowingly sends a false notice can be held liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
